Abra Ride
Get away from the city's tumult and enjoy a pleasant ride along the Festival Marina, while listening to traditional Arabic music.
Timings: With effect from 02 May 2011, the Abra Ride will start from 5pm instead of 4pm. Closing time will remain the same at 10pm during weekdays Sun-Wed, and up to 12 midnight from Thu-Sat.

If you wish to discover the city on your own, Festival Centre offers you the choice of Dubai's top three rent-a-car companies, Hertz, Discount and Thrifty.

Helicopter Service 
Looking for an unconventional city tour? Located in the Festival Marina, Fly Dubai offers helicopter services for scenic flights over Dubai.

Valet Parking 
Valet Parking is available at the Regular Entrance, VIP Entrance and the VVIP Entrance at AED 21, AED 45 and AED 100 respectively.

Car Wash
With starting rates from AED 15 for small cars and AED 25 for larger cars, you can return to a beautifully clean and polished vehicle after your shopping spree. "5 Steps" car wash is an added service for guests using Valet Parking.

Festival Centre Gift Vouchers
Festival Centre gift vouchers are available in AED 25, 50 and 100 denominations. They are redeemable in all Festival Centre's shops and in InterContinental and Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City hotels. They are not redeemable at Banks and Exchange Offices, nor at the following outlets: Wafi Gourmet, Karam Beirut, Burj al Hamam, Grand Festival Cinema and Etisalat.

Trolley Valet 
Leave your shopping bags in safe hands while you grab a bite to eat, for the nominal cost of 15 AED per day or 50 AED over night. The trolley valet is available on the Mezzanine Level.

Luggage Room / Greeting Assistants
Shopping during your flight layover? We offer luggage rooms for visitors and tourists to securely leave their suitcases while visiting Festival Centre. Guests will receive complimentary assistance by simply calling 800 332 32 or by visiting our Concierge Desks. Charges of 15 AED per day and 50 AED overnight.

Wheelchairs
Festival Centre offers manual wheelchairs upon request as complimentary service for guests with special needs. This service will be offered to the guests after leaving an ID, passport, a DL or 500 AED in cash as a deposit.

Printed Festival Centre directories are available from our Information and Concierge Desks. Electronic directories are located in each major entrance throughout the Centre.

Strollers
For your convenience baby strollers are available from the Concierge Desks. The first hour is charged at 20AED further hours at 15AED per hour. This service will be offered to the guests after leaving an ID, passport, a DL or 500 AED in cash as a deposit.

Lost and Found
Concierge provides a lost & found service. Visit one of our Concierge Desks or call the Security Hotline on 04 425 4999 to report a lost or found item.

Baby Changing Rooms/Prayer Rooms
Are conveniently located in North & South Oval Court. As always the Concierge Team are available for assistance in locating these areas.

Foreign Language Assistance
Between our Concierge Team ten different languages are spoken, Arabic, English, Urdu, Russian, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Swahili & Tagalog to cater to our multicultural city.

During regular sales promotions such as DSS & DSF, promotional coupons are available from our Concierge Desks, with ticket drop barrels conveniently located nearby.
